Over the past two/three years we have commissioned (Jeff) Hadley – (Kirk) Irvine General Contractors to oversee three major house projects. The first project involved renovating and upgrading the two upstairs bathrooms. Work included a complete gutting of floors/walls and fixtures followed by the installation of new dry wall in shower areas, a free standing master bathroom glass shower stall, claw tub, new ceramic flooring, marble vanities, toilets, plumbing fixtures, electrical upgrades and exhaust fans. We were so pleased with the quality of workmanship of Jeff Hadley and Kirk Irvine that we asked them to undertake a second project which entailed renovating one of the larger upstairs bedrooms including installation of new laminate flooring, electrical outlets and “ceiling to floor” wainscoting. Recently we secured Jeff and Kirk for a third project which involved a complete renovation of the kitchen. This entailed removal of all cabinetry (which was subsequently painted offsite by one of their reliable subcontractors) new cabinet hardware, the laying flooring (hardwood and slate) and new custom made granite countertops. Our kitchen looks fabulous and again the workmanship was exceptional.
