My wife and I came across Hadley-Irvine when we moved to Milton, Ontario, in September of 2009.
We needed some minor changes to our home (install a door from the garage into the house, build a fire-place, outfit the laundry room), for which they quoted and were awarded the work. Based on our satisfaction with those projects, we then had them build a substantial deck in our back yard area. The deck, as with the fire-place and the laundry, was designed by Hadley-Irvine, in collaboration with us, and each project has won the admiration of our relatives and friends.
And so, during the early part of 2010, we collaborated on finishing our unfinished basement, to make a cozy games and leisure area. Again, design ideas were received from this builder, and the work was awarded, scheduled and completed. The finished result is exquisite in terms of concept and quality, and is a source of great pride for us.
From the outset Hadley-Irvine claimed they were not the cheapest builder in the business, but they did promise quality work, on schedule, with no surprises. Jeff was our principal contact and he communicated extensively, ensuring we knew of any potential scope changes, or any new issues that might be arising. Everything they promised was fulfilled to our complete satisfaction and our engagements have been totally comfortable.
